Floating Blossoms

Our Rose of Sharon bush is loaded right now with these sweet purple blossoms. For an easy, long lasting arrangement, these blossoms can be placed in a bowl of water. This method can be used with any flower but work great with those that tend to be heavy and droop such as sunflowers and Gerber daisies. Use any number and arrangement that you wish. I like an odd number of blossoms.

Just cut the stems off and place in the water and you're all set!

  2. I love floating blossoms in a bowl of water...I need to remember to do this more often. I have done one in a fishbowl and filled it with pinecones and flowers...it looked cool! Thanks for linking up and sharing this idea with us.
